For return and refunds: no refunds given for gift cards. We work hard providing you with exceptional service and excellent customer care. We do not issue refunds on beauty services. However, should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received in our salon, please notify the salon within two business days of your service.
If you are not satisfied with your treatment or eyelash extensions, we require you to return to the salon so that we can visibly inspect what you’re not happy with. At that time, we will make every effort to make any adjustments needed.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Please contact Graceful Beauty Bar at 615-289-9654.

I wouldn’t trust anyone but Haley at graceful beauty bar with my lashes. Not only is she LITERALLY AN ARTIST but she makes you feel comfortable, relaxed and fully submerged into your experience with her. From the sanitation. To atmosphere even the pod casts and conversation with her are top tier. I’ve never seen or experienced the care and expertise the way she provides. I wouldn’t wanna spend my money anywhere else.
